Who we are
We’re fostering a safe space for teens in efforts to battle the stigma surrounding mental health.

We’re fostering a safe space for teens in efforts to battle the stigma surrounding mental health.
Our club, app, and events are designed for teens, creating spaces where mental health conversations feel safe, open, and judgment-free. We focus on connection, education, and peer support to help break down stigma.
By empowering teens to share their experiences and support one another, we aim to build a generation that feels confident prioritizing their mental well-being.

Why We Started
Why We Started
We noticed many of our classmates struggling with their mental health, unwilling to seek support due to stigma. Realizing how misunderstood mental health was in the community, we needed to do something about it.

National STEM Competition
National STEM Competition
Our science teacher introduced us to eCYBERMISSION, a national STEM competition, where we won first in our state and placed top three in our region. We also secured a $5,000 STEM-In-Action grant to bring Mission Shanti to life.
In June 2024, we presented Mission Shanti at eCYBERMISSION’s national conference in Washington, D.C., sharing our work with scientists, researchers, and youth changemakers.
