Our mission is to help middle and high school students feel more confident and connected by enhancing their social and emotional well-being.
As middle schoolers, we have seen the environment that teens spend most of their day in firsthand. We’ve seen classmates bully others, feel depressed, and suffer from anxiety. After observing and listening to other’s stories, we felt the need to do something about it.
Shanti is a digital resource for middle and high school students to cope at their own pace. Students can access our informational pages about anxiety and depression, along with how to best deal with them.

Nitya
Nitya is currently an eighth grader. She enjoys singing and dancing. Nitya likes to calm her mind through reading, writing in a journal, and drawing or sketching.
Leya
Naisha
Naisha is currently in eighth-grade. She is interested in science, basketball, reading, and playing the violin. She enjoys learning new things and hanging out with her friends.
