1) Suicide Prevention Hotline

988 or 1-800-273-8255. The suicide prevention hotline will direct you to the nearest local crisis center to you. The crisis center will provide you with materials that you can access in your own community. Go to https://988lifeline.org for details.

A free app equipped with a panic button for immediate support through text, call, or GPS location. This takes the fear and hesitation out of calling the suicide hotline number. For more information, go to https://www.notokapp.com.


You Matter is a safe space for students to share their stories about their fights against suicide and depression. Through You Matter, you can learn about others journeys and share your own. Click here to access the website.
